[Coco] NOS-9 and Basic09/RunB woes

This could be a shell issue.  As I recall, Shell+ takes a different syntax when passing parameters to Basic09 I-Code programs, but I don't recall offhand what those are.

That sounds like a tmode issue.  Check the pau option when doing a tmode.  Should be 17 (I think).
