[Coco] update to decode

For those who have downloaded decode.os9, I have a new update to the defVars module. It corrects a problem with the field variables where they were not all being sorted to the top of the varDef file, causing some errors in TYPE statement construction. This does not fix all of the issues with field variables, as there is still an issue with strings not being assignd their proper length. I am putting a new version of the decode.os9 image file on cococoding tonight. This version prints out 2 extra files in the current directory, named <proc>VDT.B09 and <proc>DSAT.B09, where <proc> is the module name of the procedure being decoded. These files contain the validation data for the VDT and DSAT in text form. You can look at them in a text editor if you want to see what they contain. You can also delete them if you want to. I am using them to help me define the type statement data in the DSAT. It may be another hour or 2 before I have the image ready to upload.
