[Coco] Coco 3 with problems, can anyone help me troubleshoot?

Might want to go read the CC3 service manual....Pg 44, SALT block diagram. 

My bet remains the same....blown SALT input on pin 11. Have seen this before.Yes, on a CoCo3.

The problem described here is on a CoCo 3... no SALT on the 3 :-(
