I tried the link I provided and got something about the file does not exist. It looks like the site is using something to prevent direct links to the downloads. Try this: 
http://www.theoldcomputer.com/ Then navigate to \roms\Tandy-Radio-Shack\. You should then see the link for the Coco. It will then be under the disk games section. The file is Infocom Adventures.zip

It's a huge rom hosting site for various machines. There's a lot of stuff just under the TRS-80 section. Even the Coco has a lot of files.
