[Coco] CGA to VGA/TFT converter

I've got one of those, and yes they mean CGA in the arcade sense, not in the IBM sense.
So analog rgb 15K input with Video amplitude of 2-5V point to point.

I've seen that thing before.  I'm pretty sure saying it takes CGA is incorrect.  Or rather, they're using CGA to mean 15kHz RGB, as they do in the arcade cabinet communities.  But at any rate, I'm fairly sure the RGB input is meant to be analog.
