I told the list earlier that I'd make hard copies available again. I've 
gone one step further and decided to make it available again through a 
print-on-demand service. I'll get a few and autograph them for those who 
want to buy through me, but it will be available through Amazon and 
other services later.

There are several on the list with either hard or PDF copies. I intend 
to do some minor updating, such as making sure I've got all the Cloud-9 
stuff up to date, and some of the web sites. Anything else in there that 
anyone thinks needs updating or adding let me know! I'm going to look 
for better schematics, and delete the ones that really aren't readable. 
If anyone has some good scans of schematics I'd really like to get 
those. It may be after the first of the year before I can get all this 
together. I'd intended to have some printed before Christmas, but the 
print-on-demand deal seems to be a better way to go, and I don't want to 
send it out without some updates and better schematics. I no longer have 
the original schematics to scan at a higher resolution. The scans I made 
of the original print copy just didn't convert to PDF well at all! I 
might be able to scan at a higher resolution and use them... may try 
that as a last resort.
