Well, these are certainly created by Roger - newfoal.com is a domain 
owned by him.

However, colorcomputer.net is hosted by a company - Hetzner Online, AG - 
out of Germany...?

I do find it a little odd that Roger still has a copy of the website on 
his hosting company's server, though. Anytime I've killed a website, 
I've removed it from the server, but, that's just me I guess... :-\
