[Coco] New tool: WIRED

Hi,

I made this new tool WIRED after my testings with basic. It allows you
to copy decb disks from and to the superIDE (or rgb-dos) using
drivewire.

No more needed for unplugging the CF and take the risk to bend a pin
on side connector.

Now it works with Coco1, coco2 and coco3 speeds.
