The use of the WD1773 predates the Coco3. More like late Coco1 and Coco2 switched from 
the WD1793 to the WD1773 probably as a cost reduction as the board is smaller and there is 
a smaller chip count. Also the need for timing adjustments. The original controller needed a 
oscope to properly setup.
