[Coco] Playing around with SuperIDE CF

Amuch easier approach to all of this is to use drivewire to write the disks
to the PC. Unfortunately the only way to get floppy images written to the CF
card is to copy the images from the CF card to a coco attached floppy and then
from the floppy to the pc with drivewire. With nitros that's not an issue. 

>From there I use dd to make backups of my CF cards and as much as possible only
write to drivewire disks!
