[Coco] Reading a SuperIDE Compact Flash

You can make a file containing the contents of the CF card using dd on
linux/mac or 'win32diskimager' on Windows.
You can then mount the file in DriveWire 4, make changes to it, and
then write the image back to the CF card using the same tool you made
the image with.
This is not very convenient, but it works.  I could make a tool to
directly access/edit the contents of the CF in a more normal way if
there is sufficient interest.  All the parts are there in DW, they
just aren't set up to do that kind of thing.
