[Coco] decode update

This is to Willard, Manny, Ryan and Mr. Pruitt. I am sorry about the 
permissions to the index page. I think I forgot to reset them when I 
modified the page last time. I am checking now, and will have the problem 
corrected soon.

I lost my access point 3 weeks ago and have been offline. I am using a local 
churches access to come online today. I am not sure when I will have 
full-time access again, so work on decode is on hold while I try to get my 
life back on track. The current version of decode works, but you may find 
some instructions that don't look right. I fixed all I found before I had to 
put my computer away. If you run across any, please email me with the output 
file so I can look at it. There are still problems with the type statements, 
and this can lead to bad instructions.

I hope to have my access problem solved soon. I look forward to any input I 
can get on decode, and I am still planning to attend the cocofest this year.
