[Coco] Updated my CoCo3FPGA

I just got my CoCo3FPGA upgraded to Gary's latest version that has 
12-bit palettes and a real 256 color mode.  Now I need to hack up a 
quick and dirty picture file viewer that will take advantage of this new 
graphical goodness.
