Sorry for that.  As for win 98 Se License, I gave away my last legal 
copy about decade ago.

Just on a side note, you can run an older version windows as VM on 
recent versions of Windows. I've done that with Windows XP and windows 8 
(32-bit) on my Windows 7 Pro system.  I don't know it that help
