[Coco] Coco 1 video problem.. Wrong artifact colors???

I got a coco 1 that I posted about the other day and it doesn't display Blue as a artifact color but green.

(easiest case to point out, using the download cart, the startup text is either red, or green.)

I've swapped the 6847 and 1372 from a known good coco2, but the colors stay the same.

The tv works fine with my other cocos.

Any suggestions?
