Compared to LIF, the CP/M filesystem is complicated.  The CoCo Disk
BASIC filesystem is more complicated than LIF.  A LIF directory entry
has a 10-byte filename, 2 bytes (binary) file type, a six-byte time
stamp, a 4-byte starting sector number, and a 4 byte length (number of
sectors used).

You might notice that there's NO support for fragmented files.  If
your file is too big to fit in any group of free sectors you can't
write the file.
