[Coco] Interesting ebay item - Vintage-Tandy-TRS-80-PT-210-Portable-Data-Terminal

Does anyone know anything about these terminals?  I've never seen one 
before, but the listing says they came out in 1982, so maybe this is 
related somehow to the Videotex project or is an offshoot of that idea 
for the 'business line' of TRS-80s as opposed to the home line of Cocos.
