[Coco] C Compiler

Hi,

Attached is a HDirect of SHF40, my "C" development master.

It was / is a working "C" system, the second of two 80T2S floppies on my 
real CoCo 3 system.

"FCGFXL" might have more routines than the copy on SHF80.
