[Coco] CoCoFest Webcam, IRC, anything?

Remember the problems you had with the first CoCoCoCo using a low speed 
DSL connection?  It tested fine till you got more than a few people on 
the Skype Chat.  Well, the hotel's upload speed is not that great and 
you will run into the same problems.  I'm not even sure if we can get 
one Video stream out to Ustream, much less many Skype connections.

One solution is to have someone else host the Skype call so we at the 
CoCofest are only a client connection.  In the past, you and I host the 
call because of high bandwidth internet connections.  We will need to 
find someone else to host the call with 7 mb of upload or better running 
windows.  (Mac and Linux clients don't work well.)
