Oh, certainly. :-)  I knew it was a joke.  If I hadn't been able to
quote that "The Festival" parody I'da made some remark about Upper
Lower Slobovia... :-)

The dude's English suffers sometimes (obviously a second or third
language for him) which really detracts from the parody (especially of a
Lovecraft story, Lovecraft could use English like a scalpel) but it's
still a fun read!  Highly recommended.
