[Coco] How to get to 80-col mode on Coco 3?

By default the Coco3 is in CMP mode unless you tell it otherwise with RGB. That is 
probably why your colors are not what you expect.

You need to find what the S-video converter requires as input. It may indeed require the 
RGB color set.
