[Coco] Will this build-your-own s-video board work for CoCo 3?

10 years ago, when decent NTSC monitors were still occasionally available, 
this board may have been usable.

However, finding a monitor that can accept NTSC signals, either as 
composite (spit) or RGB is today strictly a stumble over, pay your money, 
and chances are the capacitors are shot in the scan causing all the smoke 
to be let out 1/2 an hour after you turn it on, or has a bad crt, dim & 
with another image burned into it.

So today, if we need a fresh monitor, we by a cheap LCD, and one of Roy 
Justices scan doubler boxes, which work fairly well.

I don't believe there really IS a GAS SHORTAGE.. I think it's all just
a BIG HOAX on the part of the plastic sign salesmen -- to sell more 
numbers!!
