[Coco] New Setup Multi language for CocoDskUtil V 1.0.8

Hi,

I did some testing on my XP computer.

When I tried the Spanish installer I did see what looked like a error 
message but it installed and WORKED!

When I tried the "CoCoDskUtil_1_0_9_RAR" version that Luis sent me yesterday 
it installed but an error box appears when starting CoCoDskUtil.

"vbAccelerator SGrid II Control" on top with "Run-time error '0'" inside the 
box.

On Vista with UAC ON I was able to install "CoCoDskUtil_1_0_9" with no error 
messages..

But I got the "Run-time error 75" Path/File Access error that I have 
reported to Luis before.

I run with UAC ON and enter my admin account and password when necessary, 
like when installing or uninstalling a program..

It does not work on Windows XP, unfortunately.  Throws a run-time error 0
at startup.  Removed it...
