Hi,

Many will not accept it, but as I read this thread many of the reasons are 
contained in it.

Read each post and extract each idea and understand it thoroughly. Then 
think about the ramifications of that idea and it's real meaning to the 
group. There is a awful lot that people do not realize that they are saying 
in what they are saying.

Then think about the ramifications of them put together along with others 
that have yet to be said. And what has been said again.

Then you will have the start of my deep thinking about where we have been, 
where we are and where we might go and how.
