To start, I will need a deposit in escrow to cover the development
costs, labor costs, etc.
Compared to these, the components themselves are a tiny fraction, so
I'll take the risk on that, provided you can arrange the funding for
R&D.   We can produce as many or as few as you'd like to pay to
produce, no minimum order.  All specs are completely up to you, again,
provided you are willing to pay for their implementation.
