It should probably also be noted that if you just want to use the
CoCo3FPGA (or other FPGA builds) on the DE1, you don't even need the
Quartus suite.  All you need is the DE1 Control Panel program (about
2MB) to write the coco roms to flash and the standalone "Quartus II
Programmer" tool (small, not sure size) to program the fpga.  Both are
on the CD that comes with the DE1, no download required.  You only
need that massive quartus suite if you plan on doing FPGA design work
yourself.
