Although incomplete, my attempt to OCR various coco mags and feed them to google docs does return some info on Robot Battle:

Looks like mostly reviews.  I don't have all the Rainbows OCR'ed yet so don't consider that a complete listing.

While the Yahoo group traffic does get gated to the mailing list, I don't think the mailing list traffic makes it into the Yahoo group, so you'll miss a lot of the discussions if only viewing via yahoo.
