[Coco] drive wire 4 help

Hi Richard,

Wayne noticed that you've added the <HDBDOSMode>true</HDBDOSMode>
setting outside of the instance section in this config file.  It needs
to be inside the instance section to have any effect.  You can stick
it anywhere in between the <instance> and </instance> tags.  After
<Name> and before <DeviceType> for example.

Also, there is no part of the file that you're not supposed to edit,
its all designed to be edited by humans :)
That note in the config is to call attention to the settings that most
often must be edited before DW will work for your system, but it's not
meant to discourage editing elsewhere.

You might want to use the GUI if you're on Windows, then you don't
have to edit that file at all.  I really need to build packages for
the other platforms too.
