[Coco] coco web server rides again

I've put another coco running a web site online for a while, using a
new version of httpd09 that is more efficient and able to serve
multiple requests at the same time (as much as the poor bitbanger can
manage).   It also allows you to browse the OS9 filesystem and
download any file using the browser.  Might be handy for getting files
from the coco to another machine.

(you can also put any other valid os9 path in place of /dd)

it seems even more stable than the original, but may be down from time
to time, especially if several people use it at once.

there is a new "dw extras" disk with the new web server source on the
dw4 beta page.  there's yet another new server and GUI beta package as
of yesterday as well.
