Alright.   Good idea on the transmission of the Vendor  contracts
via email.   The club needs to save every penny it can.....

And all violations of the Sanity Clause will receive the
Hannibal Lector treatment.   You will be wheeled out
on a hand truck wearing a straight jacket and hockey
mask!  :D
