Further exploration of the ROM code shows that indeed Thexder has a bug regards 
the title screen. Even though the game looks for a CLEAR key press and changes 
the color set for the game, it does not do this for the title screen. The title 
screen always uses RGB colors.
That means if you want to patch the game for CMP, there are two different 
locations where the colors must be changed.
