Frank is referring to DW3's use of multiple disk images in a single
file (up to 256). Although in BASIC with DW3 these 256 disks will
show up as drives 0-255, an emulator will see only the first disk in
one of these files.
DW4 can work like that, or can map individual files to each drive.

The emulators can only read disk "0" though sodon't use drivewire to create more then the single virtual disk.The Other FrankOn Thu, Aug 18, 2011 at 06:18:48PM -0500, john T Chasteen wrote:> What I am asking how do I convert coco program or coco disk to a > .DSK file which can be used in a drivewire3 PC emulator > > John> > On Thu, 18 Aug 2011 16:55:39 -0400 Robert Gault > writes:> > john T Chasteen wrote:> > > It's me again> > > Where can I get information on converting a coco file> > > so I can use it on a coco3 emulator?> > >> > > John> > >> > >> > > > John,> > > > You need to supply more details.
