[Coco] OS9/68K Y2K mods

Hi fellow OSK users.

I found this link:

which details mods to RBF (Ed 84) and DIR (ed 39) and mentions a new clock (?) module to fix the Y2K problem. I didn't know about these changes, and they were not applied to my V2.4 OS9/68000 files. I have RBF ed 79, but the code looks the same.

I will trawl RTSI in case I missed something.
