[Coco] Moving files between MESS NitrOS9 and Mac OS X

I'd say the easiest for working with .dsk (or .os9) images is to use
the Toolshed utilities.  They let you copy files in and out of a .dsk,
list directories, etc... pretty much all the file operations you can
do in OS9 directly, and they work about the same way.
