[Coco] dbg.l

[Willard Goosey]

Does anybody have a full version of dbg.l?  Docs for same?  It seems to
be an expanded profiler or debugger library for OS-9 C.

Gene had a copy, but it needs additional functions to link.  It doesn't
have itoh, gethex, and _getsp.  

I could probably rewrite those functions.... If I knew what they were
supposed to do.
