[Coco] New CoCo Website - Games!!

I have finally made a simple website to informs the CoCo community of 
the status of games currently in development for the CoCo3.

This is an avenue for games programmers to promote their work and gather 
feedback from the community.

Currently, there are 2 entries on this site and hopefully, others will 
be added in the future. It is my hope that it may also encourage other 
CoCo programmers to create games for our beloved CoCo.
