[Coco] CoCo Coordinated Conference

Any word on the fate of this?  Also, I am still waiting for the latest CoCo coordinated conference to be posted (Steve?).  I attended most of them and enjoyed the idea of hearing everyone so clearly in Skype.  Tim Lindner has been out of action for at least a couple of months, so the effort seems leaderless at this point.
