[Coco] DECB or ECB Compiler

My impression from having played around briefly with a couple of these is
that they weren't worth the bother. I was hoping for a compiler that you
could just load an already debugged CoCo Basic program into, tell it to
compile the thing, and whee, it would run real fast. I don't think any of
the CoCo compilers remotely approached this. There were all kinds of
restrictions on what sort of Basic statements the compiler would accept, and
thick manuals you had to master before you could use one of these
effectively.
That put me off sufficiently so that I never bothered to put in the required
effort.
