[Coco] PAL Coco 1/2 schematics/timings

Hi Mark,

If I remember correctly, the earliest PAL Coco1 had a daughter board 
retro-fitted which inserted the (blank) lines at the top(?) and bottom of 
the screen. Later versions had this as part of the main board.
I'll have a dig around to see if I can find my manuals and schematics.
