[Coco] Mocha

On Windows with newer JVMs sound is really only usable if you click 
"High Quality Audio" on the Config screen. The downside is that you lose 
the ability to control the emulation speed. On Linux and Mac, sound 
works fine without the "High Quality" option.

As far as the graphical problems, I tried Buzzard Bait on five different 
computers today and it worked on all five. I suspect it's related to 
video (drivers/configuration) somehow. I'll see if I can figure out how 
to turn off DirectDraw rendering when running from the command line.
