Hey guys - here is a guy selling 8 program paks.
I don't think they are worth 27.99, but maybe to someone.
a few of them have manuals:

the shipping shows 13.20 for me, which would make this 41.19 or $5.15 per ROM Pak so they may be worth it. Yeah, I guess I'd pay 5.15 per if I didn't already have all of these.
