[Coco] yet another drivewire4 beta version

I've put a new package up at https://sites.google.com/site/drivewire4/

Mostly small improvements, code clean up, better error handling in
some odd situations that manage to occur, and some bug fixes.

There is a new TCP client mode that parallels the server mode used by
John Linville's MESS patch, but connects out rather than listening for
connections. This hopefully will be handy when Tim Lindner's
bitbanger patch makes it into mainline MESS. It could also be used
with a serial-IP device (old term servers can be found rather cheap)
to run the DW protocol over TCPIP to a real CoCo.

The 'dw' commands are a little smarter at auto completion and will let
you know exactly why they can't complete in the case of an ambiguous
command.

I've also added more comments to the config file which may do a better
job of explaining what the many different options found there actually
do.

As always, please let me know if this release causes any problems. In
the event you have a CoCo connection lasting more than four hours,
seek immediate medical attention. Or something like that.
