[Coco] coco3 Emulator

I remember talking to Aaron about the concept of using drivewire and a coco to write floppy disks. If I remember correctly, he said that drivewire coco drivers can not coexist with a floppy disk controller.  Maybe when Aaron gets back he can explain.
