[Coco] VCC on Ubuntu

Joe,

Really, I'm using an Brazilian ABNT2 standard keyboard. You can see this

keyboard, the quotation mark key is under ESC key, on left. 

But VCC runs OK on Windows XT with ABNT2 keyboard... Maybe it's a Wine
problem and not of VCC or Ubuntu Linux... But I'll go to install and
test VCC 1.14 that allow to configure the keys, one on one. ;)
