[Coco] Reading coco flash cards or hard disks from a PC

You have go into the FD-502 settings and configure the OS to RGB-DOS. Do a
Hard Reset,  then type DOS 255 to boot the NitrOS-9 version.

BTW, II REALLY like the addition of the Bit-Banger support. Works great for
printing Basic listings to a txt file for printing. Great work!!!
