[Coco] CoCoNet 1.18 test

The 16K CoCoNet ROM is also in this zip.  If the bitbanger or 6551 
link fails, and there's no Drive Pak, the FDC becomes the boot drive.
The sub-drive detection code has changed in the ROM and I'd like to 
get some feedback from more than one person if possible.
