[Coco] Howto for Altera DE1?

First I've heard of it!?!

I did, however, have a problem with the keyboard on Coco3FPGA. And now I'm 
trying to recall what it was... I do know that the keyboard clock frequency 
was out of spec on one of the FPGA projects, but not sure if it was the 
Coco3... have to scratch around...
