[Coco] Dual UART with FIFO Card for the CoCo

I'm not sure - it was something my dad mentioned - connect all the irq* in 
the mpi together like Gene mentioned. Then a mod on the CoCo3 to bypass the 
GIME sending the IRQ* straight to the cpu. Dad's not home now, but I need to 
ask him what he was talking about :-)
