[Coco] bogus WhoIs complaint

I agree that the site looks a bit hokey, but it is legitimate. I
used it myself some years ago on all my numbers and had no ill
effects. I get a telemarketer maybe every 6 months between all 3
phone numbers and I'm not careful about giving them out, so perhaps it
even works.
