This is I think the same guy that was selling CoCo/Dragon cartrige PCBs 
a little wile ago, couple of comments from my POV...

1) He needs to get his caps lock key fixed, it's apparently stuck !

2) Unless he's purchased an Eagle comercial license he does realise he's 
breaking the freeware/hobby license which forbids making proffit using it.

3) He needs to stop using Eagle's auto-route, as a magic do this board 
for me, I have found that it is perticually brain-dead for all but the 
latest boards.

4) At least he's honest about re-cycling someone else's design, and he 
made an effort to contact the original designer for permission.

5) I guess if he does get these made he's providing a service for the 
majority who unlike me don't want to build stuff themselves.
